Prayer is the energy that enables the Christian soldier to wear the armor and wield the sword.

Praise changes things as much as prayer changed things.

Confession:

Thanksgiving:

1 Chronicles 16:34 “Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”

Psalm 69:30 “I will praise the name of God with a song,

And will magnify Him with thanksgiving.”

Psalm 100:4 “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.”

Philippians 4:6 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;”

Supplication:

Psalm 28:2 “Hear the voice of my supplications

When I cry to You,

When I lift up my hands toward Your holy sanctuary.”

Psalm 28:6 “Blessed be the Lord,

Because He has heard the voice of my supplications!”
